Rose Arck founded ACS in 1995 after completing her 21 year career with Greyhound/Dial Corporation where she was responsible for real estate decisions both nationally and globally for all subsidiaries of the corporation.  She was also the principal finance manager for two wholly owned real estate subsidiaries with assets exceeding $800 million. 

Since starting ACS nearly 15 years ago she has applied her unique knowledge with real estate, government entitlement and operational issues to become a trusted advisor and broker to a broad spectrum of clients including national corporations, entrepreneurs, investors and developers.
